This past weekend, the DWJ team spent some quality time with some quality people.
One surprise proposal, two Chicago engagements, a wedding in Jefferson City, Missouri, and one hometown wedding in DuPage!
Common thread: they all said ‘yes!’
Courtney and Zac celebrated their wedding day with their closest family and friends in the heart of Lincoln Park. From the location, to the weather, to the people who shared the day with them, I can’t imagine it going any smoother!

On June 22nd, Lindsey’s Facebook status update: “Today is the day Brad and I begin making memories as a married couple! Hurray!!”
Neither Brad or Lindsey were too nervous. When I asked them how they were before they saw each other, they both said they were ‘so excited’ and ‘couldn’t wait!’

Our close friends, Jon and Ashley, got married last Saturday on a windy (and hot!) summer afternoon. The evening brought a thunderstorm, that only added to the romance of the day. Jon and Ashley were high school sweet hearts and the celebration of their marriage was highly anticipated by their closest friends and family members. It was an honor (and an absolute blast) to be able to share in the joy of their wedding day. Thank you for having us!
