We have had so much fun being a part Erin & Chad’s engagement and wedding day. Their energy and joy is absolutely contagious and we were honored to share such a special celebration with all of their loved ones. Their impecable style in one of the city’s most unique venues, Salvage One, made for an unforgettable night. All their hard work certainly paid off, but beyond the details, Erin & Chad are truly best friends.
Kristen and Michael celebrated their wedding day in River North, nearby their city-side home in Chicago.
We loved their style and their low-key personalities. The reception was held at one of their favorite restaurants, Zealous Cafe, where they dined and danced with closest friends and family. This day so sweet, unique and classy and we were so honored to be able to tell their story!
It’s been a hot summer in Chicago this year, averaging in the upper 90s most days. However, this past Saturday, the heat wave ceased just in time for Blair & JP’s wedding.
With perfect weather and their closest loved ones, they were married in the church Blair grew up in.
The ceremony was followed by an outdoor river-side cocktail hour and a live band welcomed guests to the reception at the beautiful Sheraton Chicago.
We had a blast sharing this special day with them and their party! (Even ran into these familiar folks, Kelly & Pete!)

Erin and Daryl have been together for 8 years and will be getting married this September in one of the most iconic buildings to Chicago’s skyline: The Sears Tower (we know it’s the “Willis Tower” now, but we are all true Chicago natives here!)
We’ve had such a great time getting to know them, their love for our city (and each other), and can’t wait to be a part of their day from the sky deck!

The DWJ Studio team has gone international! One weekend abroad in Costa Rica, New Orleans, and Chicago.
